7 reasons why you should go to a safari in Kenya

1. Breathtaking views

The pictures speak for themselves….

2. Tracking the wildlife

Look for the wild animals in the bushes and see them in their natural environment.

3. Fall asleep with the sound of nature

You are not surrounded by any cities, so there is no sound of traffic around you. You will only here the animals and the wind. Awesome right?

4. Meet new people

You can book a safari with a group of people or you can do it on your own, but there are not too much hotels/camps in the national parks, so you’ll meet new people from all over the world very easily.

5. Connecting with local people

During our stay in Kenya we visited some local people and learned a lot about the way of living of the Masaai tribe. We have a double feeling about our visit there, but we love to mingle with the locals and learn from them.

6. Gives you another perspective in life

When you come back from Africa, you won’t be the same. There are so many impressions, interesting people to meet, totally other culture,… it broadens your mind and puts everything in perspective.

7. Seeing a glimpse of the highest mountain in Africa (Kilimanjaro)

When the sky is bright, you get to see the top of the Kilimanjaro and that is just a stunning view! Great place for photographers, because you can get a shot of the wildlife with the mountain on the background… if you are lucky, which we weren’t unfortunately. Go to Amboseli National Park and prepare to be amazed.
