9 reasons why you MUST go to Khao Sok National Park

1. Go back to basics

No cell service, no wifi, no electricity… That must be true heaven right?

2. Gorgeous views

Every corner you turn, every step you’ll take… you will be amazed by the beauty of nature!

3. Stunning rainforest

The rainforest is truly a magical place.

4. Climbing waterfall in the rainforest (when it is raining)

Well, it wouldn’t be a rainforest if it doesn’t rain, would it? You get soaking wet, but that is part of the experience!

5. Falling asleep with the sound of nature

Falling asleep in a hut on the lake and the only thing you will here are the wildlife outside and the wind.

6. Mingle with local people and do some karaoke & dancing with them

After 6p.m. they have generator for some electricity, but still no service or wifi, YES! Singing karaoke and dancing with the local people… it was the best night of our whole trip in Thailand.

7. See wildlife

There live a lot of animals in the jungle and on an early morning safari you will get to see the wildlife waking up.

8. Go kayaking on the lake

Enjoy some kayaking on the lake and go explore what the national park is all about.

9. Sail on the lake with a typical longtail boat

You only get by the huts by boat and during that trip you will be flabbergasted.
